Announcing - MLScript Public Beta

Postby DavidL » Fri Feb 22, 2008 8:19 pm

MLScript is a plugin for "Power Users". It provides the means to create and execute VBScript and JavaScript scripts.

This opens many doors for all kinds of projects.

Because of it's nature, support for this plugin will be nominal as most all issues will be about understanding on how to create scripts that is outside of the support scope of Cinemar. The Cinemar community is welcome to share installation tips, sharing of scripts, How To's, etc. on both this Forum thread, as well as on the Wiki. This plugin is really intended for software developers and advanced users to use.

Hopefully in the near future, we can provide additional sample scripts tools that will allow other non experts to use scripts developed by experts for use in MLScript.

MLScript is now in BETA and will be available shortly.

This is a beta level plugin so be sure to backup your system before installing and only participate in the beta knowing that this is untested software.

Hi Ron, it has not been released yet. But it will be under Drivers and be a Systems component.

Has the MLscript been released for Beta testing. If it has, may I be included on the Beta test.

Please read the FAQ section on Beta testing before downloading the plugin from MLInstaller.

I am trying to download the latest beta but can't seem to find it in the installer.
The current version in the drivers section says 3.0.5 but when I download, it tells me that its foing to install 3.0.3.
Do I have to be added to the beta list to see the latest?
Thanks!
