I am late to the discussion here, but MLGC100 is all that I am still using. Dave, you mentioned migrating to the Global Cache V4 version but will I need to have GC upgrade my unit to the newer firmware first? I have one of the originals.

If the firmware on the GC's is so old that the V4 driver does not automatically discover them then they will have to be manually added in Family Manager. I can assist with that. Otherwise everything else will work with them.

Do the upgrade. I was in the same boat and received a unit back that was new out of the box with a much smoother interface. It as worth the two week timeline and will extend the life of the device.
