The newest version currently available is the same as the one I am now using. However, the only change that I'm aware of is the ability to change the inputsource to aux on the 5805 receiver.
This gave me the ability to switch to Internet radio using mainlobby.

If there are still issues I would need to see the commands you are trying to send and the event log from the Denon when those commands are sent. The current version that is posted has fixed all known issues.

Yes. I'm still having some difficulty with Inputsource variables generated by the denon plugin for zone 2 and the lack of variables generated for zone 3 and 4. I've listed these problems in a separate post complete with logs but would be happy to go over them here.

Let's start with zone 2 input source. When I send the command:
AV.001|zonesource~2~VCR2

The zone 2 inputsource variable changes as indicated below.
mldenon_001_zone_2_inputsource = VCR-2

But within 3 seconds it changes again as indicated below.
mldenon_001_zone_2_inputsource = PSSB:OFF

Here's the log from the denon plugin for just that command. Although the effect is similar no matter what inputsource I attempt.

1/19/2009 11:50:43 AM Command: 001~zonesource~2~VCR2
1/19/2009 11:50:43 AM Sx: Z2VCR-2
1/19/2009 11:50:43 AM Serial Port Slot is 0
1/19/2009 11:50:43 AM Serial Port Recv on Index 0
1/19/2009 11:50:43 AM Rcvd: Z2VCR-2 via row 1
1/19/2009 11:50:44 AM Serial Port Recv on Index 0
1/19/2009 11:50:44 AM Serial Port Recv on Index 0
1/19/2009 11:50:44 AM Rcvd: Z2MSWIDE SCREEN via row 1
1/19/2009 11:50:44 AM Rcvd: Z2PSSB:OFF via row 1

Next problem, zones 3 and 4 inputsource and volume variables. Both of these seem to act the same

Sending a similar command as above but for zone 3 in this case
AV.001|zonesource~3~Tuner

Sets the denon variable:
mldenon_001_zone_3_volume = TUNER

There is no zone_3_inputsource variable to speak of

Here's the denon log for that command
1/19/2009 11:59:11 AM Command: 001~zonesource~3~TUNER
1/19/2009 11:59:11 AM Sx: Z3TUNER
1/19/2009 11:59:11 AM Serial Port Slot is 0
1/19/2009 11:59:11 AM Serial Port Recv on Index 0
1/19/2009 11:59:11 AM Rcvd: Z3TUNER via row 1

And setting the volume for Zone 3
AV.001|ZoneVolume~3~10

Sets the denon variable:
mldenon_001_zone_3_volume = 10

Note that this is the same variable, not a typo, as setting the inputsource

Here's the denon log for this command.

1/19/2009 12:07:07 PM Command: 001~ZoneVolume~3~10
1/19/2009 12:07:07 PM Sx: Z319
1/19/2009 12:07:07 PM Serial Port Slot is 0
1/19/2009 12:07:07 PM Serial Port Recv on Index 0
1/19/2009 12:07:07 PM Rcvd: Z319 via row 1

Thanks again for any assistance you can provide.

Update: Since the variables for zone 2, 3, & 4 created by the denon plugin are inacurate, I've had to create a new set of variables such that anytime I change a inputsource or set a volume using mainlobby, the variable is create or updated.

This is turning into a big mess as these variables are not updated when the inputsource is changed using a remote control or when the server is restarted. Plus I'm now doing things three different ways since zone 1 displays properly, zone 2 only has the inputsource issue, and zones 3 and 4 just don't display any variables properly.

Is there any chance these problems with the plugin variables can be corrected? Or do I need to keep working on a work around?

Thanks,
Don
