Install Issue Win7?

Postby T.Wells » Mon Feb 01, 2010 1:31 pm

Hello,

I recently changed OS on my MLServer and I started out fresh with a completely clean hard drive.

I downloaded what I thought were the updated plug-ins and everything seems to be working just fine except my MLMatrixSwitcher.

I downloaded the VideoStorm plug-in via the website login (not the shopping cart but the older one). The installer lists out version 1.0.0.238 and seems to finish just fine. However, when I start MLServer, the plugin is not listed and I don't see any .dll files in the MLServer folder (or subfolders).

Any ideas on what is wrong? Do I have the right file from the right location?

I am using the latest MLServer and Windows 7 x32. UAC is turned off.

Thanks,
T.Wells

Any ideas on how I can get this plug-in to install?

Sent you an email. For VideoStorm you have to be using a family plugin and driver that is not in MLInstaller yet. The files you need are in the email.

Thanks Dave. I installed last night and it went fine.

I think that the syntax for sending commands may have changed but I will make the necessary adjustments and I will also have to send you an e-mail as I lost my keys.

Thanks,
