Insteon 2475SDB Problem

Postby ccharmatz » Sun Sep 30, 2012 1:58 pm

Hello,

I had a pair of 2475S insteon switches that died after I was hit wilt multiple successive brownouts ( wish whole house was on UPS ) I replaced them with the 2475SDB as that seems to be the current replacement. My issue is that I can get status from the switches, but I am unable to control them. Would the command set be different for the 2475SDB vs. the 2475S?

When I try to turn on or off MLLighting shows it has been turned on but the load is not activated.

All other switches and devices operate properly.

Using:

MLLighting 1.0.1011
MLLighting Insteon Power Line modem Control plugin version 1.0.1027

The commands should be the same. What is in the MLLighting Insteon controller event log?

The event log is showing what I believe is the correct protocol. Do you have a copy of the Insteon Homelinc software? Can you control the light through that software?

I have an original Houselinc Desktop disk, I will install and see what happens.
