SmartHome Device Manager Does Not Shutdown

Postby jjjukebox » Sun Jan 02, 2011 11:41 am

I have a system using MLLighting and when MLServer is shutdown the SmartHome Device Manager does not get shutdown. If I forget to manually shutdown the SmartHome Device Manager and restart SLServer, the SmartHome Device Manager says it now has 2 connections.

All plugins and agents are currently at latestest levels.

MLServer: 3.75.204
MLLighting: 1.0.1006
SmartHome Device Manager: 1.01.138.308
InsteonKeypadControl.dll: 1.0.0.291
InsteonLightControl.dll: 1.0.0.284
InsteonPLCControl.dll: 1.1.0.498
MLLightingFamilyProperties.dll: 1.1.0.71
X10LightControl.dll: 1.0.0.238

Any one else experiencing this?

Thanx in advance

Yea - Same thing happens to client service and a few others. I know that Dave had talked about adding it in a "MLShutdown" module similar to the MLStartup module. You could then take control of all agents and such during a restart.
Thanks!
