Content Manager errors

Postby Dkip » Mon Feb 04, 2013 3:39 pm

I have just loaded ML4 and DVDlobby I am in the early setup but have run into a Error at load of the content Manager "Error at LoadAlbums at line #60 - invalid object name 'Music_albumArtists'."
If i click OK and proceed to try to import some movies a movie I get a save error "Error at SaveMovie at line #1845 - Invalid column name 'Processed'"
I have uninstalled the content manager, re-downloaded it and re-installed I am still experiencing the same error's.

Downloaded versions
content manager 4.0.4781.24310
DVDlobby 4.0.4772.25040
mlserver 4.0.4773.18493

I am not a super user any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Dave

My guess is that SQL Server 1) Did not get installed properly or 2) The master database did not restore properly. The error is that it cannot find one of the core MusicLobby data tables. Send me LogMeIn credentials and I will remote in and look.

I too am seeing these exact same errors when trying to start Content manager and import a movie but I have slightly different version of the installed components. PM Sent Dave.

Both up and running. For some reason had to restore the master database as one of the MusicLobby tables were not created.
