how do I add more CX777ES connections

Postby rondepping » Sat Aug 26, 2006 10:45 am

The web site here says

Control up to 16 (assignable Com Ports) SONY DVP-CX777ES 400 Disc CD/DVD MegaChanger via serial connection

On the settings page for the MLCX777ES it only displays configuration for 4, how do I add number 5, 6 etc.

Thanks

From MLServer do a check for updates. You'll find version 3.0.15 of the driver. I've added another 4 changers in the mix. Total of 8 now. If you have more than 8 changers can I be in your will?

Thanks Dave! I have 6 right now so if I pass eight I check back in and ask the wife about the will. :D

Does the MLCX777ES.pdf file mentioned in the about plugin window exist yet?

I see a couple of commands that I don't recall in earlier versions: TimeTextOneAll, CatalogDDR, DiscExist and probably a few others. (maybe creeping senility on my part :? )

No biggie - just curious. . .

When you download the plug-in from the MLServer plugins web page you'll get an installer that includes the windows .chm file that will open when your're in Help. The commands timeText, OneAll, Catalog etc. don't really do anything useful at this time.
