ELK PLugin receives but cannot arm, disarm etc after update

Postby jonreid » Thu Oct 23, 2008 7:01 pm

After updating to the most recent elk plugin my system will read and update all the elk variables and show these with no issues, so i know the tcp link b etween the two are working.

My issue is that when i send an arm, disarm, sound alarm etc message any send command it does nothing, there is no response from the plugin or the elk system.

So i think someone has change the commands in some way and the documentation has not been updated etc.

Please can someone tell me what has happened.

Thanks
Jon

Always helpful to see the MLServer log to confirm what you are sending is actually correct.

There is very likely nothing wrong with MLServer and most definately not with the MLElkM1 plugin.

Highly likely it is the MLiTunes plugin that is creating the problem.

Disable that plugin and restart MLServer and retest.

You are trying to load a plugin called MLDynalite and it is blowing up when MLServer starts. Get rid of that plugin and see how things work.
