mlirrigation support for Rain Machine

Postby tmcgowan » Sun Feb 28, 2016 9:24 am

Hi Dave,

A couple of months ago you mentioned in one of the threads that you'd be adding support for the Rain Machine irrigation controller. Can you share with us what the time line might be for rolling it out?

Thanks,

-Todd

I'll be replacing my rain8's with something else. What are the front runners for addition to Ml?

A fancy new irrigation controller is not required. The Irrigation app handles all the logic so all you need is a bank of relays that can be turned on or off. There are some 8 and 16 port IP controlled relay boards available that are very affordable and would work great in the system.
