Just to be sure, I was looking at the wiki installation instructions:
http://wiki.cinemaronline.com/index.php ... STALLATION

But I believe this is for the older version of musiclobby, correct?

Help please.

thanks

Here's the MusicLobby 3.75 wiki section:

Thanks as always Mario,

However, the wiki does not help with installation instructions or troubleshooting.

You appear to be on an extremely old version of MainLobby. Update to the latest which will contain all the MusicLobby scenes you are probably missing.

When you upgrade to MusicLobby 3.75 you need to disable and/or remove the MLMediaCenter plugin. It doesn't get used and will only consume extra resources that never get used.

Just did that but I am still getting the black screen. I also tried to mess with the content directory under the startup but as soon as I changed it to the 0019\..\music, it messed up the whole mainlobby. Do I need to copy the files from the music directory to the \\programfiles\cinemar or all my from from the cinemar to music directory? Is there a way to set the content folder just for the music screens? What am I missing here?

I'm not sure how you have your clients set up right now but I would strongly suggest you do the following.

On a test client do the following

1) Rename your existing "C:\Program Files\Cinemar" folder to "C:\Programs Files\Cinemar.save"
2) Install the latest MainLobby 3 client software.
3) Make sure your Content folder is "C:\Program Files\Cinemar\Content\0019\1024x768\"
4) Change your startup scene from home.mls to "Music\Music_Console_Thumbs.mls"
5) Save your changes exit and then restart Mainlobby. You should be at the music browser.

I will try this as soon as I get back into the office. I just want to make sure I understand it as well. So, my guess was correct that the startup directory has changed under the new upgrade? Right now all my screens are on \\program files\cinemar. I should be moving all my screens to the \\.....\1024x768 directory?

I will let you know if this does the trick.
Thanks

OK, that did it. I am guessing that my version was very old and when I upgraded, I had to use the new directory structure. May be good to have in the notes. If it is there and I just did not see it, please buy a beer on me and send me the tab.

Thanks again
