I just ran across a Miniature Coax Component Video Cable that distributes both component video and analog audio in a single cable.
The cable looks very thin and is comprised of 5 “micro coax” wires in a jacket (Impact Acoustics part #SC5X75250). The cable looks thin enough to be readily retrofitted into an existing structure.
Has anyone used micro coax cable for an audio video installation? Were the cables easy to work with? Was there degradation in signal strength, etc? All comments welcome
Discuss with other members how to distribute and setup whole house audio and video. Let everyone know what combination of products you are using to accomplish this.
