I read the posts using an RSS reader and I've been getting plenty of new posts. I find it easier to keep up on what's going on.

You are logged in right? If you aren't logged in it wont show you unread posts....

I am thinking that the New Posts must work with browser cache.
I wonder if this is connected with your J River permissions issue. Possible same root cause.

Just a guess since you have some weird issues going on :)

David, good thinking. But, this computer has nothing to do with the mainlobby/jriver pc. Completely seperate. I give up on the jriver. I just dont turn it off. lol Still, sucks.

Its worked a couple times today, like right after I make a post, I can go to view new posts and mine shows up. How do you expect me to feed my mainlobby addiction if I cant easily view new posts? LOL

Here's a workaround I use sometimes if I use the "View new posts" but don't get through them all before closing my browser.

Use Search-->By Author-->enter an asterisk * --> All Available Forums --> then in the Search Previous change from the default "All Posts" to "1 day" or "7 days"

Murray, that will save me alot of time. Thanks.

Wonder if it has anything to do with cookies? Logged into ebay and it said there was a cookie issue, logged in again and it worked. I have ade no changes on this pc.
