Image Transparency

Postby redscrollman » Thu Aug 12, 2010 6:37 pm

I'm in the process of creating my floor-plan using 0019_lighting as a template. To create each rooms overlaying button, I have created the PNG files in Photoshop with transparency and then used the SWF Generator to create the final image button. However, I've noticed that my transparent areas still responds to a click; unlike the 0019 template room overlays. They will not respond to a click when the mouse hovers over a transparent area of the image. This is my desired operation because the transparent area of the image is usually overlapping the next room over. Can anyone explain the correct method for creating a swf image that has a non-clickable transparent area?

Hi redscrollman,

You would need to use Flash to build your objects in order to mimic what we have done. We do offer this as a service if you need more assistance.
