Where are all the mls files???

Postby srgny » Tue Jan 27, 2009 1:39 pm

I am running ML Client on a Vista 64 bit machine. I have finally gotten it to work and am now in the process of customizing the 0019 library scenes to work with my gear. I find that when I "save" or "save as" a modified or new MLS scene, it appears in a list that I can only access from the "open" button in ML. The "usual" Windows directory search does not show the new files or changes to the old files. Where are the files stored on the drive? How can I move them to a different machine if I can't copy or paste them in Windows?

On Vista 64 the location is slightly different:

c:\Program Files (x86)\Cinemar\Content

64 bit Windows has 2 program files locations

Where are you saving them? Do a SaveAs and see if you can see them.
Your Content Folder defined in MainLobby.ini is where they should be.

Save has always been funky in MainLobby client....don't trust it...use Save As and point to the directory you intend. Only if you know what directory you are in will Save work the way you expect.
