License Errors

Hello,

Since installing the latest version of MLS (4.0.5918.24475), my MainLobby clients are not working correctly. When I try to go into 'Options', 'Edit' or 'Design' (to name a few), I get a pop-up that says "MainLobby Designer License Error".

In MLS, all my products are showing License Status as Permanent including MainLobbyDesigner. Also, when a ML client is started, the MLS log shows "CheckLicense" validated except for Library0013 and Library0019 shows "License is False" (neither of which were installed or available for install via the Install Assistant).

And here. Mainlobby is entirely non-functional.

Is there a way to restore MLServer to its previous version?

I am aware that some folks are having issues with MainLobby. I'm looking at it now but cannot reproduce the issue here. Stand By.

I cannot reproduce the issues here. Everything just works like normal. Can one of you install TeamViewer and email me your TV Info so I can remote into your PC and see the issue first hand?

FYI:

Version 4.0.5913.27635 work with MainLobby as expected.

Given that Dave seems to have gone incognito since Sunday, could someone please PM to me the download file for the MLServer version prior to March 21st? That is, prior to 4.0.5918.24475?

I assume Dave is working through trying to resolve it through TeamViewer.

I thought it had something to do with the latest windows update, I got a messaging saying a restart was needed on all my windows machines and after rebooting, it would not run.
