Content Manager Error

Postby sonypoolplr » Tue Mar 03, 2015 8:28 am

I am going through my movies and clicking on the Refresh Metadata and updating the movie data. When I try to save save a few movies, mainly the Charlie Brown shows on TV, I am getting the following error:

Error at SaveMovie at line #4789 - SqlDateTime overflow. Must be between 1/1/1753 12:00:00 AM and 12/31/9999 11:59:59 PM.

What date is causing this problem?

Thanks

The SQL overflow is a result of a movie having no DateAdded. If the DataAdded field is null it will throw that error. In theory the DataAdded field can never be null but I have now seen several instances on customer PCs where it is. I have to modify CM so that it can compensate for that.

The IMDB message was just that CM could not access the IMDB server to grab the data. Some form on Internet hiccup. I'll just hide that message in the future because there is really nothing you can do about it.
