I tried to download from the assistant and I received the following error: Error at UpdateXML at line #154 - Root element is missing. Can I get some help with this?

You could have a corrupted MLInstaller_V4.XML file. I think this happen to me once before and I fixed it by uninstalling the MLinstaller and re-installing. You should have a copy of the Installer in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cinemar\MLServer\Downloads" folder. "C:\Program Files\Cinemar\MLServer\Downloads", if you are not 64 bit.

Root element is missing usually means that the xml file never got downloaded from the server or what got downloaded is corrupt. Quit the installer and flush the Internet Explorer cache then try again. That typically fixes the issue if the file was corrupt.
