IP Commands

Postby erikhimber » Fri Feb 22, 2013 2:01 pm

Dave,

I'm trying to control a Sharp Tv with IP commands.
I have the list of supported commands, how do I send them through MLS ???

I've tried the MLTCP plug-in, with no success.

What next ???
Erik

Can you send me an email with the list of commands or a link to the protocol doc so I can review what it looks like?

I did. There is no way in MLServer to send commands to this. It is a good candidate for a V4 device driver. I've put it on the development list. In the short term you could use the legacy MLTCPSend plugin for one way control.
