I should have the next ALPHA version of MusicLobby tomorrow for testing.

Hard to give any official release date until we know what's left to fix.

We've been doing a lot more training sessions and onsite assistance via our Remote Jump Start program so that's been occupying some of our time.

We've also been modifying scenes, mlserver and cyclestates to improve the out-of-the-box experience for users. Part of this update includes some new and improved 0019 scenes with a fresh look.

A few more objects have also been added to the libraries which will eventually hit the streets.

Thanks Mario! I appreciate, no. We all appreciate the update. Any updates to dvdlobby, say for example the ability to EASILY and cleanly add multi disk dvds like seasons?

DVDLobby 3.8 will introduce support for multi-disc movies but you will not see that hit the street until MusicLobby 3.8 is out there.

Will there be focus back on iTouch/iPhone control after you guys get the 3.8 versions released? I really liked where you were going with this!

Yes there is a strong focus on iPhone/iTouch control. If I ever get my hands on a real Mac there will even be a native iPhone application.

All known MusicLobby bugs have been eliminated. I anticipate one more round with the alpha testers to confirm they are gone and then we'll have a general beta release. There has been no work done on DVDLobby 3.8. That will only occur after MusicLobby and the new HAI plugin release.

First of all guys, the new musiclobby looks great. of course i can get it to work yet because i havent had time to clean up my library of music so im still in the endless loop i was three weeks or so ago. none the less, it looks great. well done.

second, now what are you working on?

I do also have a few more specific questions if you wouldnt mind taking a few...

whats the deal with the netflix plugin? is it in? is it out? does it work yet? did the silverlight thing, aka microsoft, screw us? I think it should be in for the record. its a fine service and well worth a plugin from you fine gents.

Whats the deal with the sirius plugin? it should be in! but having to buy hardware and another license is definitely out. thats just dumb. so can we please [-o< figure out away to get the internet streaming part to work? please please please?

Hows it coming on the next dvdlobby release?

Can we get some better documentation on mlalarmclock? like for example a wiki page that doesnt involve mlrss info #-o

lastly how are you guys feeling about windows7? i spent all last week in aruba reading computer mags ( because i pretty much glow in the dark and me and the sun dont play nicely but my new wife wanted to go some place tropical for our honeymoon instead of traveling all over the west coast and camping. BOOO! ) where was i... oh yea, from what i have read about windows 7 it feels more like xp than vista. It seems as though some of the new functions like the network sharing and remote access features are rip for ml. I was just curious if you guys have played with it yet?

anyway, thanks for the updates. sorry to be a bother.

What is the status on WIndows 7? Fully supported, in process, not at all...

THanks,
Scott

Fully supported.

MLServer = no known issues
MLServer Plugins = no known issues
MainLobby = no known issues except if you run WebLobby. If you run WebLobby then you have to set the properties of the MainLobby.exe shortcut to run in XP SP2 mode.

Windows 7 also has UAC, It is suggested that you turn off UAC before installing any Cinemar software.
