Netflix Will Not Play

I am a new user and have been pretty successful in getting the system up and running, except for Netflix. I am running the latest software MLServer 3.75.221, MainLobby 3, DVDLobby 3.90, Power DVD Plugin, MLNetflix 3.99.12, Netflix Agent 4.0.19, and MCE Agent 4.0.4087.17405. The operating system is Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit, running Internet Explorer 8 32-bit and Silverlight 4.0, which I understand only works with 32-bit Internet Explorer. The Netflix Collector does work and all the entries are present. However, when I try to run a movie, Netflix requires that I install Microsoft Silverlight, even though it is already installed. And when I try to install it through the Netflix website, I get a message that it is already installed. What do I need to do to solve this problem? Thanks for your help.

Start by uninstalling Silverlight. Then go into Internet Explorer and go to the Netflix site and play a movie. Let Netflix install whatever it needs to make it happy. Make sure you have UAC turned off.

I did as you suggested, but the result was the same. I uninstalled Silverlight, rebooted the system, opened Internet Explorer, went to the Netflix website to play a movie and allowed Netflix to install Silverlight. This worked fine. But, when I tried to watch a Netflix movie through Mainlobby, as before, Netflix tells me I need to install Silverlight. UAC is turned off and the Netflix Agent log says "Failed to make the Silverlight player full screen."

Do you have any other suggestions?

Install version 3.99.21 of te plugin and version 4.0.21 of the Agent. I made a change so that it will only launch the 32 bit version of IE on 64bit systems. See if that helps.

Excellent - please note that I have discovered an issue with some TV episodes not being picked up by the collector. I'm working on that.
