Fullscreen, pause, stop buttons do not work

Postby DevenLF » Sat Mar 05, 2011 11:14 am

I am able to start a netflix show without any issues. However, the Fullscreen, pause, and stop buttons don't work. Nothing happens.

The 'Power' button DOES work to turn it 'off'. The "Play" button obviously works, as well.

I have updated to the most recent version of Silverlight.

Any ideas why some of the remote-control buttons won't work?

Cinemar - I am having the same issue - at least with Max screen (Have not tested others).

Netflix is launching not 'on top' and not maximized.

I am still having this issue. I have updated to the latest Netflix agent, latest Netflix addon, and latest silverlight version. The Full-screen and other control buttons do not work. (the power button DOES work).

What OS are you running? What version if Internet Explorer is installed?

Is UAC turned off? If the commands do not work it is because the agent cannot send keystrokes to Internet Explorer. Something is blocking the keystrokes. We'll need to find out what it is.

UAC was turned on. I turned it off and that completely solved the issue for all buttons. Works great. Thanks for your help!

The Netflix Agent is not compatible with Internet Explorer 9 at the moment. The next release will bring it up to speed.

Thank you , Also is it possible to put a delay when the command send go to fullscreen, this would allow the movie to go fullscreen after it start, it appears to taken about 45 seconds to load and start moves. again thank you
