Can't find HTML iPhone subfolder

Postby Alain » Tue May 05, 2009 7:47 pm

With my previous version of MLInstaller, I downloaded the iPhone plug-in, but got a "corrupted file" message.

I downloaded the latest versions of MLInstaller, MLServer, Main Lobby and DVDLobby. The iPhone plugin disappeared from the MLInstaller plugin list. Can't find any HTML iPhone subfolder either in MLServer/HTML. The documentation seems out of date. Could anybody give me a hint?

Thanks.

Alain

The iPhone UI (it's not a plugin) ships with later MLServer versions.
MLServer\HTML\iPhone directory once it's installed.

How do I install it? I installed the last version of MLServer (...488) through the Installer, but the MLServer/HTML/iPhone folder is missing. I also tried to run iPhonesetup.exe from the previous version of the Installer, but got a "Corrupted file" message.

You will find the iPhone files in the beta section of MLInstaller.

Dave,

Please refer to the first message in this trail. With my previous version of MLInstaller, there was an iPhone file (iPhonesetup?), but I would get a "Corrupted file, reload the application" message. I downloaded MLINstaller from the Web Site, but the iPhone file is not in the beta section anymore, nor anywhere else. I tried a fresh install on a second computer, same problem. Also, I purchased the Ted 1002 combo, and I can't find MLEnergymanagement plug-in either (neither in the MLInstaller list, nor in the list of programs available for download when I log in).

Look for "MainLobby for the iPhone" it is in section 6 with the other beta software. I just downloaded and installed it so I know the file is good.

I have the same problem. I can't find 'Mainlobby for the iPhone' in the installer and there are no HTML pages after a fresh MLServer install.

Suggestions?

See Dave's post just above yours that tells you how to obtain the latest iPhone files.

It does not seem to be listed in MLInstaller 1.0.55

When I search for 'iPhone' the only record I get is 'iPhone Movie Combo' in the 'Bundled Products Selection' section.

I do see other iPod/iTunes related items in the 'Public Beta and Test Versions' section including MLiPOD, MLiTunes and MLiTunes Service. Just nothing related to the iPhone.

Thanks

Dan

Be sure to select UPDATE LISTINGS from the Installation Assistant if you don't see it.

Click on the "Update Listings" button and make sure you have the "Update On Launch" check box checked.
