Email change not sticking on Cinemarsolutions.com Website

I have changed my email address several times in the login area of the Cinemarsolutions.com website. But everytime I check, my old email address reappears.

This may be the problem that is preventing me from getting activation codes (my old email address is not forwarded).

Mario, I have sent a few emails explaining this but have not received a response. Will you please check your email? Thanks

Got the activation codes, thanks! However, website still shows my old email address, even though I have tried to change it several times.

Website says "Please enter your current email address", and "Thanks for taking the time to keep our datatbase current."

I have typed in the new address and pressed ""Submit" button and "Click Here to Close Screen" button. If I log off, then log back on, the old email address appears.

The activation codes are sent to the email you've configured in MLSERVERS > HELP > MANAGE LICENSE KEYS > OWNER INFO email address.

The email address in the USER LOGIN on the left side of the Cinemar website is no longer used for anything or required.

My bad. Corrected now. I had not looked at that tab on the Product Registration Manager in many years, and just did not remember that it included the email.
