I get this error when trying to connect to the Itunes interface. Any ideas?

Sounds like a port issue. Check your firewall and port settings.

Are you getting this error between the Service and iTUnes, or between the MLS plugin and the service?
Thanks!

Make sure everything is configured properly and try restarting MLITunes Service and MLServer. Make sure you have configured the MLItunes plugin within MLServer.

I think i am getting closer however when i try to start the Itunes service i get an error:

Runtime Error ...
Method '~' of object '~' failed.

Then the service window comes up. The log says Connected to Itunes, getting initial data, etc.

There is also a small window Loading with a progress bar at 0% that hangs.

Any ideas?

This may be helpful for the beta purposes...
One issue is the services hangs if songs are missing from itunes. I had a handful of songs missing and each time i started the service is looked for them and froze when trying to add that track. It took me a handful of start and stops of the service to locate them and delete them from itunes. Now, luckily, i got the service to Add all the Tracks.

Ill keep at this till i get it working!

I had some ML settings issues to fix but now i have the iTunes working. So far so good. Its a very nice interface and works well. Very slick and looks great for a touchscreen, i will monkey with that next. The interface is something even my wife could figure out which so far has only been a Sonos controller.

That's exactly what we were going for...allowing a first time visitor to easily navigate and select music.

We'll do some testing with missing songs.
