No video on Geovision

Postby sbuckler » Mon Oct 22, 2012 8:14 am

I cannot get video from Geovision to my ML Scene.

Using:
GV600B dvr card
Gv Bl120D camera
GV BX110D camera
GeoVision Surveillance software V.8.5.0.0
Installed unknown version of MultiView from v8.5.0.0 disk on server and client
WebCam Server configured properly as I can use Multiview on clients

Downloaded the MLIPcam Geovision plugin from MLInstaller v4.0

I have tried all 3 of the available windows in Library 24 modifying the command in the label field to reflect the server ip 192.168.x.x:8081 (the http port I'm using in Geovision Webcam server. I have tried without the 8081 port. My username and password are correct.

I looked on the Cinemar site for newer software and found the Geovision to purchase. Is there a way to trial that, if that is what I need?

I also have 2 Vivotek IP8332 cams and 4 analog cameras connected to the dvr card. Will I be able to access those through MainLobby?

Stan,

You have this working now with the files I sent correct?

I'll package everything up nicely for V4.

Yes all is working well. I replied to your email yesterday reporting the success of all cameras, whether they be analog, Geo or Vivotek through the Geovision software. Thank you for your help.
Stan
