I have added the latest versions of the components in the first post.
Can you all validate that you are using the lastest? The contacts.mdb was updated with the last release, so that needs to be replaced.

Then, can you provide fresh feedback with logs of any errors, and in which component the log was viewed in (addin / calendar/ phone / email plugins / mlserver log).

Can you also provide some comment on functions that you don't think are working, and what your impresssions are so far?

For the Beta1 testers, how does this compare to the old version?

thanx for the feedback!

back in the saddle again.

Cleared old plugin info and mdb
installed latest

email works fine
phonebook works fine. have not explored new data options but see that they are available. thanks!

calendar still not populating. 0 records available. I have a feeling it may have somthing to do with the "name" setting. Where in the plugin do I alter that info? At present, even though I'm an admin on my outlook machine, group policy prevents me from changing the name, so it's set as Calendar.

Separate email for likes and comparisons to beta 1

Chris:
Can you send me a screen shot of the first tab of the Outlook addin?

To set the name do the following:
Right click on the calendar and select properties. The calendar name is actually derived from the description section on general tabs.

thanks
Tracy

From the Wiki:
2. In Outlook, right click on the Calendar view and open the Properties window. In the Description field, name your calendar. (like "David").

The Description field is the one that is currently blank. Below the word "Calendar" that you can't edit.

Chris:
Looks like something is blocking port 1025. Can you check your firewall?

Thanks
Tracy

I cant edit your message, but you can go ahead and delete, I saw what I needed to see.

Any chance anything else is on port 1025? Not sure what else could be causing the error message we are seeing. Will have a take another look at the code tomorrow.
