Device support

I was looking into 1-wire devices and was wondering if you supported the motion sensor? Also, will the 1-wire program run on Windows home Server? I am thinking that since its based on server 2003 there might be issues.

Mike, we haven't tried a 1wire motion sensor. Didn't know there was one.

ML1WirePro works fine in Windows 2003 Server R2. I suspect it will also work just fine on Windows Home Server too. Not tested yet though.

This is the one that I stumbled upon when looking at temperature sensors.

Seems like it would be nice to be able to use on the front porch or maybe in the garage tot urn on lights when you get home. Would it be tough to add support?

There is pretty good odds that ML1WirePro already supports the switches that are used in that motion detector. Tracy thinks he used those same switches to detect his garage door open position.
