Web pages in IE vs Firefox

Postby aldonc » Thu Sep 13, 2007 9:39 pm

Hi,
I am still in the trial of ML but making good progress. I have some web pages setup for control of MediaCenter based on the WebDemo.html sample included (so I have obviously modified it).

In IE, the UpdateVariables function works fine to regularly update the screen but the round Pause, Play and Stop buttons don't work (nor any other button I've placed).

In FF, all of the buttons work fine but the UpdateVariables function does not. A browser refresh reloads everything but doesn't continue the timer updates, etc.

I know compatibility will always be an issue tomake this work on both but any ideas to get one browser working fully?

thanks,
aldon

The "stock" WebDemo.html with WebDemo.css and WebDemo.js is working under IE 7 for me.

Under Firefox 2, the button-presses do not seem to register.
