Feature Request

Postby Blade » Sat Mar 22, 2008 3:13 pm

Do you plan to add the ability for us to add our own processes to monitor on certain pcs in the WMI client app?

The ones that are there are fixed and cannot be changed or added to.

I agree with Bob that would be great if we were able to monitor other processes other than the ones that are hardcoded.

I hope this happens before my trial is up or else it is a deal breaker for me.

Hi bob,
What you are asking is a good suggestion, but not in the current workplan to implement. We will keep it in mind when the opportunity arises to reopen the MLWMI code.

Hopefully you are seeing the other capabilities in MLWMI to see it's value. If this new feature is the only reason why you need MLWMI, then unfortunately that capability doesn't exist today, but has been researched a while ago. Just not that easy to implement, which is why it's not in it now. We will continue to keep it in mind.

Thanks Smooth. I am glad it is being thought of. It would be a great feature.
