Any update on MLHAI? There seems to be a million things going on at Cinemar so I'm hoping to keep some sort of spotlight on MLHAI. Being a released product for many months it would sure be nice to put this puppy to bed once and for all.

Will gladly test incremental fixes.

Rick

Any update? How about just a progress report?

I am working on the plugin right now. Now that the latest beta release of DVDLobby is out I am concentrating on updating the HAI plugin.

Also, I was under the impression that the MLHAI plugin polls the HAI panel during startup to determine panel model. Now I'm thinking no such determination is made by MLHAI.

Since the protocol structure appears to be different for many of the HAI models (Omni Lt, Omni II, Omni IIe, Omni Pro, etc) could this be the source of some of the command failure issues? Maybe not.

If the plugin does not determine the panel model is it possible to add panel selection as part of the setup a la HS so that the correct hex code formats are being used?

Just trying to keep this plugin alive and kicking

The next version of the plugin will query the panel on connect and adjust itself accordingly.

No TCP/IP support yet. HAI does some funny encrypting of data when it goes over TCP/IP and that is going to take some time to get working properly.

Would anyone have a copy of the HAI PC Access software that they would be willing to share with me for a little while? It looks like I need it to set up Ethernet access on my controller and I need the PC Access software to do it.
