Can you add an ON and OFF command to MLSpeak with variables in MLServer so you can read which state it is in. If MLSpeak is OFF and you send an MLSpeak command it will not speak, if it is ON then it will speak.

Of course you can do that in a MLConditional now, when you are invoking the speech to occur. So, if you have a MLServeCmd to speak a callerID incoming message, then put a MLconditional in there to do that only if your MLSpeak = True variable is set.
