VLC and RDP

Just thinking. I have ML on my media server. I have a dual video card that can output to component. I can play a movie manually from the server location and it will play on my HDTV. The problem is that I cannot use RDP in the same session as ML server as it logs off the server machine and displays the welcome screen.

So I must have MLserver running on session 1. Log into a concurrent session 2. This will allow session 1 to continue to play on my HDTV.

The question:

Since there isnt a plugin yet for VLC, how can I issue a command in session 2 to play a movie in session 1 using MLserver?
